Over 30,000 Environmental Defense activists have spoken out against the misnamed "Clear Skies" bill - an unprecedented rollback to our nation's clean air laws. Reintroduced by Senator James Inhofe (R-OK), the bill would make lasting, damaging changes to the Clean Air Act. Honda, Nissan & Others Seek to Join Suit Against California's Global Warming Law
Honda, Nissan, Hyundai and other international car companies are looking to join in putting the brakes on global warming progress. They recently asked the court to include them in the automaker lawsuit against California, seeking to block the state's landmark law to cut global warming pollution from new cars sold in the state. The automakers are choosing to litigate, not innovate.
