Waxman Subpoenas EPA on California Waiver

Erica Werner of The Associated Press reports that "A House committee chairman subpoenaed the Environmental Protection Agency on Friday seeking documents reviewed by the agency's administrator before he blocked a California tailpipe emissions law."
