Reuters (3/21)       Alaskan utility co-op denies developer interconnection request The Golden Valley Electric Association, an electric co-op in Fairbanks, Alaska, has rejected Delta Wind Farm's interconnection request for a proposed 13.5-megawatt wind farm, according to the companies. Delta Wind co-owner Mike Craft said the utility cost analysis, which showed the interconnection would raise costs, may be based on illegal tariffs.
