Editorial: N.J. is missing out on opportunities in wind
New Jersey is falling behind other US states in terms of wind development, but that may change depending on the outcome of a proposed investment tax credit bill introduced by Sens. Tom Carper, D-Del., and Susan Collins, R-Maine, writes the Times of Trenton editorial board. "Although the Carper-Collins bill is no slam-dunk, proponents can take heart that the end of the [Gov. Chris] Christie era might well signal refreshing new thinking, including renewed enthusiasm for wind-powered electricity," the board writes.
