I was telling people this would happen in 2005. As water melts at the poles and moves into the ocean, it changes trillions of tons of weight distribution on the Earth's crust. Like squeezing the top & bottom of a basketball and then letting go. Get ready for earthquakes and volcanic eruptions to continue increasing because of this. - Dan
