N.J. regulator approves executive order targeting offshore windThe New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has signed off on an executive order from Gov. Phil Murphy calling for the implementation of the Offshore Wind Economic Development Act and a 1.1-gigawatt offshore wind tender.
