The company added that it has set a goal to source 35% of its total electricity from renewables for consumers in the Upper Midwest by 2030. SeeNews Renewables (7/20) Greycliff: Mont. regulators set power prices too low for proposed project The Montana Public Service Commission approved power rates on Tuesday for Greycliff Wind Prime's 25-megawatt Big Timber project that may be too low for the developer to move forward with the project, according to the company. Greycliff owner and Montana Wind Resources CEO Rhyno Stinchfield said that no wind farms have been built within the past 10 years at the PSC-approved price. Billings Gazette (Mont.)
