The company added that it has set a goal to source 35% of its total electricity from renewables for consumers in the Upper Midwest by 2030. Greycliff owner and Montana Wind Resources CEO Rhyno Stinchfield said that no wind farms have been built within the past 10 years at the PSC-approved price. Billings Gazette (Mont.)
