AWEA's Farrell: FERC ruling encourages balance in resiliency talksThe Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's unanimous decision to reject Energy Secretary Rick Perry's proposal favoring nuclear and coal-burning power plants "sets up a more balanced playing field for looking at resiliency," said American Wind Energy Association Senior Vice President of Government and Public Affairs Amy Farrell.
