John Hickenlooper said his decision to have his state join the US Climate Alliance wasn't a partisan decision, saying that the US Climate Alliance is a voluntary program that will help Colorado put its energy future in the hands of its residents. Hickenlooper added that 90% of residents support using more clean, renewable energy.
