EVENT INVITATION
Virtual Auto Show Tour

Dear Daniel,

This year, the new cars sitting on showroom floors across the country are better than ever—for our climate, that is.

You can see the new clean vehicle technology for yourself—in electric vehicles (EVs) like the Nissan LEAF and Tesla Model S, and more efficient car models like the turbo-charged Ford Fiesta and lighter-weight F150—by joining our virtual auto show tour!

During the tour, UCS Clean Vehicles Analyst Dave Cooke will give you an up-close look at the range of exciting technologies that automakers are deploying to reduce global warming emissions from our cars and trucks. You'll also learn more about our recently released 2014 Automaker Rankings, which compares the environmental performance of the eight best-selling automakers in the United States. Dave is the lead author of the report, and the findings were groundbreaking—for the first time since UCS started comparing the environmental performance of car companies in 1998, Hyundai-Kia toppled Honda as the Greenest Automaker. What's more, the 2014 Rankings also found that, for the first time, all eight automakers are improving their environmental performance, showing that our efforts to strengthen fuel efficiency and tailpipe pollution standards are paying off!

Tune in to see how automakers are putting efficiency and innovation into action across the vehicle fleet and hear first-hand from Dave what made this year's Automaker Rankings unique.

I hope you can join us on the tour!

Sincerely,
Lucy Litvak
