The wind project was denied by the Public Service Commission in February, 2013 but the PSC is re-opening the case again to give the wind developers another chance. State noise standards were expected to be exceeded which is why it was initially denied. The wind developers have a chance to offer new information on how they plan to mitigate the wind farm noise.
