Arctic Drilling Report Spills Bad News

In a new report, the government's own regulators have found there's a 75 percent chance of a big oil spill that could devastate the Arctic Ocean if offshore oil development is allowed. Currently there is no effective way to clean up or contain an oil spill in the Arctic.

New York Won't Restrict
Pet-Killing Rat Poisons

Children, pets and wildlife remain at risk after New York State rejected a petition to ban—or at least impose greater restrictions on—the use of super-toxic rodenticides, which have been implicated in numerous poisonings and even death.

California Regulators Rubber Stamp Fracking Permits
