Deepwater answers RFP with 144-MW offshore wind project in Mass.Deepwater Wind has responded to a request for proposals to add clean energy in Massachusetts by submitting a bid for a 144-megawatt offshore wind farm off the coast of Martha's Vineyard, said the company.
